BBB HIIT - A training style in which low to moderate intensity intervals are alternated with high intensity intervals. By incorporating intense periods of work with short recovery segments, interval training helps you give maximum intensity and keeps your body burning fat even after you leave Bootcamp. If you don't challenge yourself you wont change.

BBB Boxing_Tabata - A popular interval training class, It consists of rounds of ultra-high-intensity exercises in a specific 20-seconds-on, 10-seconds-off interval with a focus on boxing. Get the benefits of both boxing AND HIIT training in one class.

BBB Stretch - Improve the flexibility of your joints, develop core strength, flexibility and Give your muscles the ability to lengthen,  expand and restore after exercise. Plus - it feels so good! for all fitness levels

BBB Bootcamp - A mixture of exercises and cardiovascular training, working the heart and lungs and giving almost every muscle in your body a workout. With personal and team-based challenges participants are encouraged to really put the effort in and achieve results.
Fun for men, women and children of all fitness levels.

BBB Circuit - An excellent way to improve mobility, strength and stamina. Circuit training comprises of 6 to 10 strength exercises that are completed one exercise after another. Each exercise is performed for a specified number of repetitions or for a set time before moving on to the next exercise.
